Four hour wedding option--$1500

White Garden Events will provide the following:
  • 4 hours at the Manor on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
  • up to 75 guests
  • tables, chairs, and table linens, sound system, and changing rooms
Conditions:  No alcohol may be served with the Four hour option, it may not be combined with other discounts, and no party may exceed 75 total people. Subject to availability. China/stems/flatware available for an additional charge.

Up to 50 guests--$2500

White Garden Events will provide:

  • 9 hours at the Manor between 11 AM-11 PM 
  • Choice of ceremony location
  • Ceremony Seating
  • Sound System
  • Use of the Guest House as changing areas for the Bride, Groom, and attendants
  • Reception location outside or in the barn
  • Reception Chairs and Tables
  • Linens/China/Flatware/Stemware
  • Set up and take down of all chairs and tables
  • Rehearsal time of 1 hour by appointment, subject to availability
  • Permission to bring your photographer to the Manor for your Bridal or Engagement photo--must be scheduled in advance
 From 51-150 guests--$4000

White Garden Events will provide:
  • 9 hours at the Manor between 11 AM-11 PM
  • Choice of ceremony location
  • Ceremony Seating
  • Sound System
  • Use of the Guest House as changing areas for the Bride, Groom, and attendants
  • Reception location outside or in the barn
  • Reception Chairs and Tables
  • Set up and take down of all chairs and tables
  • Rehearsal time of 1 hour by appointment, subject to availability
  • Permission to bring your photographer to the Manor for your Bridal or Engagement photo--must be scheduled in advance
  • White Garden Events will contract portable restrooms for wedding guests at no additional charge
 Hourly Rates

For events other than weddings hourly rates are available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. There is a 4 hour minimum rental and a refundable damage deposit is required. Hourly rentals include tables and chairs only and rental must be paid for ALL time on the property, including decorating, etc. Portable restrooms will be required for parties over 75 at an additional charge. Linens, China, Flatware and Stemware may be rented for an additional charge of $4 per person up to 75.
Venue rental for up to 50 people is $75/hour; for 51-150 people $100/hour
 
Notes:  A 25% down payment is required to hold a reservation;  the payment plan and security deposit information are detailed on the event contract.
A TABC licensed bar tender and 1 security officer per 75 guests is required for any event at which alcohol will be served.  
A refundable damage deposit is required for all events.
